Processing can take 1 to 2 business days, and then one of our delivery partners will get the item to you. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number once your parcel leaves us.

I HAVEN'T GOT A TRACKING NUMBER?
Your tracking number may be delayed 1 - 2 days from the time that your parcel leaves us. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all after that time period, feel free to email us at hello@natoocare.com.au
THEFT / STOLEN POLICY
If a customer's parcel is lost or stolen once the courier company has successfully delivered it, Tidal Hair does not cover the cost of the stolen / lost items.

We ship our Natoo products everywhere within Australia and New Zealand.
Easy Return
What’s our return policy?
We're sorry to hear you didn't love our Natoo products! Natoo will accept full and partial returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund if you are not completely satisfied with our products. We will accept returns containing at least 50% of the product and in their original product packaging only. For items that were purchased as part of a set or kit, we can only accept the return of the whole set, and not of items separately.
How do I place a return or exchange?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.

Please note that all customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees incurred for products sent back to Natoo.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Please allow 7-10 business days for all refunds to reflect in your statement, depending on your bank.
Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they are placed. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you.
